What documents do I need to rent a car?

A valid driving licence, a government photo ID and a payment card in your name. Foreign licence holders also need an International Driving Permit.

Is there a kilometre limit?

Our standard plans include unlimited kilometres. If a specific car has a daily cap, it is clearly shown on its listing before you book.

How does the security deposit work?

A refundable deposit is held on your card at pickup and released after the car is returned and inspected, provided there are no damages or pending fines.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Date changes are possible subject to availability.

What if the car breaks down on the road?

Call the 24/7 roadside number on your booking confirmation. We arrange on-site help or a replacement vehicle.

Can someone else drive the car?
